SUMMARY:Hydration Intensified Tracking Training (HITT)
DESCRIPTION:Dog Tracking Club of Maine is delighted to host \nSteve White \nApril 25 – 26\, 2026 \nAugusta\, Maine \nSteve White will be teaching his Hydration Intensified Tracking Training (HITT) technique. \nSteve White is an internationally sought after speaker and instructor. He specializes in behavior modification\, urban tracking\, and scent work through the use of positive reinforcement based operant conditioning. Developed to help urban police K9 handlers meet the demands of their ever more challenging tracking environments\, HITT has been successfully applied in AKC\, Schutzhund\, SAR\, and recreational tracking. \nThis workshop is open to all levels of tracking. If you are a first-time tracker to working on your VST\, this workshop is for you. The fee for the two-day workshop is $500 for a working spot and $100 per day ($200 both days) for an auditing spot. \nThe registration form is on the DTCM website: https://www.gonetracking.com/
