Quarterly Publication Dates & Deadlines
CRC publishes four issues annually. The 3rd Quarter issue is our Specialty Issue.

• Both pages: 7.5” x 10”
Note: Front and back covers are first come, first served.
The 3rd Quarter front and back covers are reserved for Specialty Winners and printed at club expense as a news item.

Full Page (Color) — $120
Size: 7.5” x 10”
Half Page (Color) — $60
Horizontal: 7.5” x 5”
Vertical: 3.75” x 10”
Quarter Page (Color) — $30
Size: 3.75” x 5”
Specialty Issue Quarter Page — $20
Includes photo, dog and owner’s names, and win details.
Camera-Ready Ad Specifications
To ensure the highest print quality, please follow these guidelines:
• Resolution: 300 DPI
• Preferred color format: CMYK
• Accepted file types: JPG or flattened PDF
• Fonts must be embedded in PDFs
• No bleed or trim
Image Areas:
• Full Page: 7.5” x 10”
• Front Cover: 7.5” x 8.75”
Photos taken from the internet rarely print well. Images will not print better than they appear on your screen and may print darker or lower in quality. Please submit the highest resolution file available.
If a photo’s quality is insufficient, it may be rejected.
Important Advertising Policies
- CRC will not accept advertising that promotes controversial topics.
- Advertisements must clearly identify the individual(s) or company purchasing the ad.
- No unsigned letters will be printed.
- CRC members may advertise dogs bred by them, owned or co-owned by them, or accomplishments of those dogs.
- Owner or handler names may be listed, but contact details may only be included if that person is also a CRC member.
- All advertisements are subject to review and must comply with CRC policies.
All Rottweiler and educational activity advertisements from other clubs will be included once at no charge.
